WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?

There is a reason for every purpose. God has a reason for creating all His creatures. So, you should think back to some things and decisions you have taken so far in life. Do you know why you took those steps?

You have a reason for doing it, either flimsy, substantial, real or forced. There is a reason why you are going through your present training/job/situation. If you don’t, then there is an evaluation you need to do to redirect you to a life with a purpose.

An answer to the whys would either re-orientate the course of your action always or validate it when you seem confused.

Please watch this 11-minute video clip and pen down your experience and what would you advise me to do in case I do not have an answer?

  5. Education is more than homework, rote memorization, acing tests, and all the other academic demands. It is more about culturing the mind to be a great learner and mastering the art of problem solving as the case may be (Technical, Life, People etc)

    1. This could only happen with an open mind to answer our why questions honestly and see if we need more attention to some areas. planning , replanning and replanning until the final .. is well accomplished, that is success.

  9. Just as the speaker in the video said, the main reason why a lot of students complain about taking general education classes is because they do not know or think about the impact that those classes make on the way they reason, understand, or thrive in their core degree. That's why knowing why you do what you do is very important. It gives the drive you need to continue what you're doing no matter how strainous it might be. Think about it this way; it's not about the destination, but the journey and experiences you gain along to get to the destination.

  10. Having and Education is very important but there must be a reason why you choose to go to school to seat in classes for hours and studying for hours, WHY, and that part of what the speaker was saying, must be a reason why you chose education, some didn’t and they have their reason why. Once we apply that question “why are you doing what you are doing” it make you to think and then come with plans and goals to back up the answer to that important question WHY?.

  11. I go to classes in college not just because I want to get an A but because I have a vision that involves me thriving and flourishing. Sometimes, you can do something that looks redundant, for example, take some classes that has nothing to do with your major. The knowledge you gain from these classes help shape your mindset, making you a better person in the process. Everything is for a reason and once you are able to shape your mindset to see it as a step to take in order to thrive, you are one step closer to being successful.

  12. We all have different opinions of our focus in life. There was a time in my life that I decided to live for the future, because I want to build a new generation for myself and my upcoming children. Though it wasn't easy, but I was actually driving by what the end result will be. I actually knew what I met on ground and I was fully determined not to allow any of my children inherit same, but rather live it far better than how I met it. Life may not be fair to everyone, but your focus and determination will always make a way for you.
